ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN HIGHER ORDER THINKING SKILLS MAHASISWA SAAT MENGERJAKAN SOAL BERSTANDAR PISA LEVEL 5

The purpose of this study was to describe the ability university-level students in solving higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) problems with PISA level 5 standards learning mathematics. This type research is a qualitative description. subjects used were Sanata Dharma University, semester II Mathematics Education S1, as many 15 students. instrument test item HOTS indicator. data collection method obtained through giving tests based on analysis techniques reduction, presentation, and concluding. conducted March 2020. results are description subject's thought process indicator achievement, questions high-level difficulties that at cannot be solved by subjects. Of subjects, researcher reduced carried out produce three different groups answers. In questions, six have mathematical abilities meet four indicators.
